“Biography”
Ali Hamza, born in November 1996 is a multidisciplinary artist currently residing in Lahore. He earned his bachelor’s degree in fine arts with distinction specializing in painting along with ceramics, sculpture and music from the prestigious National College of Arts, Lahore in 2021. He has been the part and director of theater at NCA’s theater society “Skits”. Ali is a skilled painter along with having a deep and strong interest in sculpture, music and dramatics. His works capture the actions in a very unique abstract way. His works have been a part of group shows like “REAL and it’s DOUBLE” at Embassy of France, Islamabad (2018). Group show “BROADCAST VOL 2” at O Art Space, Lahore (2021) Group show “THE NEW ODYSSEY” at Pakistan National council of Arts (PNCA) (2021). “SIMPLE THINGS” at Shakir Ali Museum, Lahore. (2022). “Anna Molka Award Show” at PUCAD (2022) along with some virtual exhibitions. Ali’s work has been published on the cover page of UK based magazine “LAZIN”.
