At the art room gallery, all artwork purchases are considered final. Customers are encouraged to review artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before confirming a purchase.
No Refunds or Returns

Damaged Artwork During Shipping
If an artwork arrives damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
We will review the claim and coordinate with the shipping provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
