Artwork Authenticity

All artworks sold by the art room gallery are sourced from artists, collectors, or verified channels. Where applicable, a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) may be provided.

Product Representation

We strive to present artworks as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.

Pricing

Prices listed for artworks do not include framing, shipping, packaging, or delivery charges unless specifically stated. These costs are charged separately at actual cost and may vary depending on:

The final shipping and framing charges will be calculated and added to the quote once the artwork details and delivery location are confirmed. Ownership & Copyright

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.
All copyright, intellectual property, and reproduction rights remain with the artist. The artist retains the right to reproduce, recreate, publish, or otherwise use the artwork image in any format or medium.
Art Room Gallery acts as a platform for the presentation and sale of artworks and does not assume ownership of the artist’s intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, packaging requirements, and courier service availability.
Art Room Gallery will take appropriate care to ensure artworks are securely packaged for transit. However, delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safe handling and packaging of artworks, the art room gallery shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers once the artwork has been dispatched.

Final Sale

All purchases are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
