My work emerges from the friction between land and power, nature and control. I am drawn to the subtle and violent ways in which landscapes are
shaped not only by climate and time, but also by political agendas, urban development, and economic desire. My work does not seek to romanticize
nature; rather, it questions how we see, use, and curate it. I engage with landscapes as contested texts archives of power, resistance, memory, and
erasure. In doing so, I aim to create spaces where the political and the poetic intersect, allowing the viewer to reflect on their own position within the
ecology of land and belonging.
