Haya is a visual ar st and educator born in Abbo abad and currently based between Islamabad and Karachi. A
graduate of NCA Lahore (2019) with a background in tradi onal miniature pain ng, she now creates large-scale
acrylic works that blend abstrac on and surrealism. Her prac ce inves gates the traces of iden ty and memory le
by a life of movement between ci es. Through a lens of disloca on and belonging, Haya’s work asks what we carry
with us when home is a moving target. She currently serves as a faculty member at the Na onal College of Arts,
Rawalpindi Campus.
