Soha Mariyam Channa( born 1997) is a Pakistani contemporary artist From Sukkur. Channa studied at the Institute of Arts and Design, University
of Sindh, Jamshoro and earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in painting in 2021. Channa has a Diploma in painting form Shaheed Allah Bux
Soomro University of Art Design and Heritages, Jamshoro. Channa’s work has been featured in the 18thAnnual Young Artists Exhibition 2022 at
Alhamrah Art Gallery, Lahore, 18th Emerging Talent Exhibition 2023 at VM Art Gallery, Karachi, Group Show Essence of Era II (2024), The Many
Facets of Eve (2025) at Muse art Gallery, Lahore. Group Show Electic Visions (2025), Bloom (2025), Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (2025)
at The Reservoir art gallery, Lahore. Group show at Art lane Gallery, Karachi (2025). After graduation Channa has worked as an art teacher for
a year at IBA Public School, Sukkur. She has completed her Masters of Visual Arts from National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan (2025).

“My work explores the dynamic relationship between the ever-changing environment and it’s impact on my inner world. Through my paintings
i capture the essence of everyday life by blending elements of surroundings in overlapping layers. Conveying the interconnectedness of daily
experiences and their influence on my mood and perception. This suggests that everything from mundane to the extraordinary, plays a role in
shaping one’s emotional landscape. I delve into the subtle nuances of emotions shaped by various factors that define my day to day existence.
My art reflects the fluidity and complexity of life, where moments merge and emotions interwine, creating a rich, visual narrative that hopes to
evoke a sense of introspection in viewers, prompting them to reflect on their own daily experiences and how they are too influenced by their
environment.”
